Version 7.0.4 Released

Improved Invoicing & Enhancements To AI Assisted Timesheets & Expenses

Today we are announcing the release of systems@work Version 7.0.4 for Infor SunSystems, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Business Central, SAP, Coda, Workday and NetSuite. A new Version 7 App is also available on the Apple & Google App Stores to support this release.

Version 7.0.4 provides a number of enhancements which build on the major functionality changes announced in version 7.0.3.

Enhancements To The Core Application

• Additional Invoice Fields have been added to Invoice Templates.
• A new option to suppress detailed error messages has been added.
• Time Of Run and Profile Name have been added to Inquiry Profiles.
• A new filter by search has been added to the list of profiles in Profile Manager.
• We have added the option to Approve/Review multiple invoices in Invoice Approval.
• We have added a new field for Project Tags and Project Keywords.

Enhancements To The Mobile App

• An enhanced AI Engine has been released in version 7.0.4.
• Text spoken or written to the AI Assistant is now saved to the Notes Field on the form row.
• There is now an option to show password on Login/Change Password screen. This applies to companies using the standard login rather than Azure AD.
