Record Project, non-Project and
absent time using time@work’s flexible Timesheet module.
Submit, by week, fortnight,
month or other period.
Calculate costs, fees and
inter-departmental charges using your own rules for employees,
roles, departments, projects, clients, companies, etc.
Route timesheets for
authorisation, with conditional additional authorisations.
Link Timesheets to Attendance
Forms to record start, end, and absent times.
Submit and authorize
timesheets using the browser-based Professional Services
Workbench, which works directly on the time@work SQL database,
or the time@work Timesheet Client which operates on timesheets
transmitted as email attachments.
Additionally, permitted Users
of time@work Maintenance can use direct Timesheet Entry to enter
timesheets and authorize them on behalf of Employees. This is
especially useful when absence is unplanned or sudden.)
Timesheets in time@work enable
Employees to enter time against Projects (and Tasks, and
Activities). After submission and (optional) authorization.
time@work executes a sequence
of up to 20 user-defined calculations which start with the time
entered in each cell to derive such values as Fees, Taxes,
Costs, Inter-departmental, Inter-company and other charges, as
well as values useful for management reporting.
